What do I need to bring with me to the weekly sessions?

Comfortable, loose clothing, good trainers, bottle of water, towel and mat.

I am a total beginner- will this workout be suitable for me?

Yes an interval class is perfect as you are able to work at your own pace, speed and with the right modification for you.

I have problems with my joints and cannot do high impact activity.

No problem at all. I will offer you a multitude of modifications and options. Your safety will never be compromised.

I have high blood pressure, will I be ok to exercise

For any medical condition its always best to check with your GP first.

I have 3 stone + to lose, is this for me

ABSOLUTELY!

Traditional slimming clubs do not have an exercise component. The right exercise at the correct intensity will help you get to your goals much faster.

PLUS you will gain so much energy, feel fitter, stronger and leaner. Exercise is crucial to your success.

Will I have to make separate meals for my family?

NO! We really hope your family will get behind you, and support you, all the way. Get everyone involved and interested in clean eating, this is a lifestyle change and one we hope you will continue with into the future.

I am 65+ will I be the oldest there

Not at all Kick Start Fat Loss is for EVERYONE whatever age. You will be well looked after and cared for.

I haven’t got time to cook and I’m not that great at cooking anyway!

Don’t worry. All the meals and recipe ideas can be made in a matter of minutes. You really don’t have to be a chef to enjoy cooking from scratch with good quality ingredients. Get a slow cooker so you always have a ready meal and plan in advance.

What happens when I go back to eating ‘normally’?

KSFL is a completely normal way of eating rather than a faddy diet so you can continue to follow the lifestyle for life. We even factor in ‘cheat meals’ so you can have your favourite foods occasionally.
